Description:  Webber International University first opened its doors in 1927, and since then, we have built many great traditions of academic excellence, collegiate athletics, and service learning. The President’s Golf Tournament began over thirty years ago to support the Warrior mission. With your support, we can continue to educate the next generation of Webber Warriors. Webber International University is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit private university.  The tournament is a 4-person scramble at The Country Club of Winter Haven.  Golfers will be provided a lunch before the shotgun start and a wonderful reception afterward.

Zaina walked into Talbot House Ministries with a burden heavier than most. A painful dental issue compounded by a work injury left her jobless, evicted, and living in a motel room that devoured her meager savings. Despair clouded her future. But at Talbot House, a beacon of hope emerged. Our Good Samaritan Clinic eased her dental pain, and our case management services became a lifeline. Zaina learned about the STEP program, a safe haven offering stability and support. Relief washed over her – a chance to rebuild her life. Within the program, Zaina blossomed. With guidance, she saved for a security deposit, found affordable housing, and recovered from surgery. On May 31st, 2024, Zaina proudly walked into her new apartment, a testament to her strength and the transformative power of Talbot House.
